Intimacy is built on trust. This policy explains which data we process, why, with whom we share it and how you exercise your rights under data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
The controller of your data is Domenici Desenvolvimento de Programas de Computador Ltda. (D Dev), CNPJ 46.115.155/0001-74, Rua Visconde de Cairu, 313, Vila Real, Praia Grande (SP), CEP 11707-180, Brazil. The data protection officer can be reached at [email protected].
We process your display name, e-mail (when you link one), body type (yours and, if you add it, your partner’s), quiz answers, saved positions and trails, couple activity, subscription status, the campaign you arrived from (when the link has one, kept for 30 days in a first-party cookie) and limited technical records such as access dates and errors. We do not collect your location or contacts.
Answers about intimate preferences and your body type preference are data about sexual life, a special category of sensitive data. We only process them with your specific, explicit consent, requested before your first answer, including for the second person on a shared device. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account; this does not affect processing already carried out.
Individual answers are stored to compute shared interests and your personal reading, but they are never shown to your partner. The app reveals only interests you both marked. Submitted answers cannot be reopened for editing, which prevents anyone from discovering another person's answers by trial and error.
To create your account and couple link; compute results and suggestions; keep your progress; process payments when available; keep the service secure; and measure app usage in aggregate, without intimate answers, free text or e-mail. Legal bases: consent (sensitive data), performance of the contract (account and subscription), legal obligations, and legitimate interest in security and service improvement.
We use Supabase for authentication, hosting and database providers to run the service, and Stripe for payments when available. They process data on our behalf under contract. We do not use advertising networks or sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or court order.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside your country. In that case, transfers rely on the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, answers and couple history; payment and security records may be kept for the period required by law, and backups are erased in the regular backup cycle.
You can confirm processing, access, correct, port, anonymize or delete your data and withdraw consent. Account deletion is available in Settings; your partner's account remains. For other requests, write to the contact below. You can also complain to the data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD; in the EU, your local supervisory authority).
Intimacy is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we identify an account belonging to a minor, it will be deleted.
We use encrypted connections, per-account access control and restricted staff access, only when needed for support, security or operations.
